1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the Let's Send It platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. What the Platform Is
The Platform provides technical infrastructure only. It does not provide investment advice, financial services, brokerage, custody, or guarantees of any kind.
3. No Investment Offering
Tokens referenced or launched via the Platform are not securities, financial instruments, or investment products. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Total loss is possible.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account and wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You understand and accept all risks related to blockchain technology.
5. Fundraises & Launches
Fundraises proceed only if predefined conditions are met. If conditions are not met, refunds are handled strictly according to the Platform's rules and technical constraints. There is no entitlement to a launch, liquidity, or market activity.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not manipulate markets, use bots or sybil attacks, misrepresent information, impersonate others, or abuse the Platform. Access may be suspended or terminated at the Platform's sole discretion.
7. No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranties, express or implied, are given.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for loss of funds, loss of profits, price movements, smart contract failures, or third-party services. Liability exists only where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
